for business development; have land and buildings available for development and network with other state, regional and local resources.
Together with the City of Ivanhoe, we can offer property tax incentives for qualified projects and have rehabilitation funds available for renovating existing buildings. The EDA also owns land for residential development and is working to expand housing opportunities with our community.
