City of Ivanhoe Water/Sewer Rate Changes
Effective January 1, 2026, The City of Ivanhoe will be implementing the following service fee updates.
* A storm sewer maintenance and repair service fee of $2.50 per month is being added to connections.
* MDA Water Connection Fee will increase to $1.27 per month.
* All residents will be charged the minimum monthly utility fees regardless of active services. (3.5 Minimum Utility Charges)
